Your best content is locked inside your users’ heads. Whether that user is a prospective customer or your internal staff, I’ll use qualitative research and quantitative data to uncover and refine the messages they want to hear. The result: measurable success and intangible user delight.
My favorite parts of content design are diagramming and untangling messes, collaborative problem solving, and connecting the dots between projects and opportunities across an organization.
